Dave is continuing to develop his training and assists with education of other home inspectors. He is an active member of North Central Ohio ASHI Chapter, including being a member of the NCO ASHI advisory board that participated with drafting the new Ohio home inspector licensing law and regulations. Dave is licensed by the State of Ohio to perform home and pest inspections for wood destroying insects as well as radon testing. Pest inspection reports are prepared on site and can be done with or independent of a home inspection. His radon devices are calibrated yearly to ensure accurate measurements with reports are typically sent within 12 hours of conclusion of test. Dave is also trained and carries a infrared camera to assist in locating discrepancies when the right conditions permit. Not every inspection will benefit from the use of thermal imaging.
